摘要
计算机网络是计算机专业核心课程,实践教学是计算机网络教学过程中的一个十分重要环节,它具有直观性、操作性以及发挥学生主动性、探索性和创造性的特点,是培养学生综合实践能力的重要途径之一。文章运用网络模拟器NS,构建计算机网络仿真实验平台,进行实验教学。通过仿真工具NAM可以形象地演示网络工作过程,带给学生真实的网络环境,帮助学生理解实际网络中的现象,对提高计算机网络课程教学的效果与水平有着积极的意义。
The Computer Network is the core curriculum for computer science. The practical teaching is an important aspect of Computer Network teaching. It has the characteristics of being intuitive, interoperable, as well as being able to display the students＇ initiatives and exploratory creativity. It is an important way to train the students＇ integrated and practical ability. This paper uses the network simulator to construct the computer network experiment platform and carries on the experimental teaching. Through the tool of simulation NAM it is possible to demonstrate network＇s working process and bring the students to real network surroundings. It can help the students to understand the actual network＇s phenomenon. It has positive significance in enhancing the effect and level of the computer network teaching.
