摘要
目的：了解对用作异体角膜上皮细胞移植供体医学标准的控制和效果。方法：分析１４眼用于该术供体的眼库资料与临床效果。结果：用于该术供体的医学标准的具体控制严于其他移植术。如离体时间＜３小时，保存时间＜６小时，严格供体细菌处理及评价；与临床密切信息沟通，尽量分配高质量、年轻的供体。结果获得满意的临床效果，１３／１４术后５天受体角膜即被所移植的角膜上皮完全覆盖。结论：严格掌握用于该术供体医学标准能确保角膜缘干细胞活性，是手术成功的基础。
Objective:To investigate the control of medical criteria for Eye Bank on donor eyeball aiming at heterkeratoepithelial transplantation and its efficiency.Methods:The information date of 14 donorseyeball used for keratoepithlioplasty from Eye Bank and their clinical efficiency were analyzed. Results:The concrete control of the medical criteria on donors eyeball used for keratepthelioplasty is more strict than that for other plasty techniques,such as the enucleation of the donors eyeball should be less than 3h and the storage of the enucleated eyeball in the Eye Bank should be less than 6h prior to be transplanted to the recipient,bacteral treatment of the donors eye should be made and evaluated;to provide high quality and young donor eyeball as possible. Clinical outcomes were very satisfactory,13 cases of 14 recipients showed complete covering by the transplanted corneal epithelium during 5 days after the operation. Conclution:The medical standards of Eye Bank executed strictly is important for maitaining the limbus stem cells alive and getting excellent clinical results of keratoepitheliplasty.
