摘要
目的:观察甘遂醇提取物对胃肠平滑肌作用的活性及其特点,探讨其作为全方质量控制方法的可行性。方法:利用体内体外实验对胃、小肠平滑肌收缩活性进行观察。结果:甘遂醇提取物对小肠和胃平滑肌收缩具有明显的抑制作用,同时明显降低其张力,体内给药可能明显刺激小鼠排稀便,且重现性较好。结论:甘遂的这种对胃肠平滑肌、以及排稀便的作用可以作为对该药品质综合评定的指标。
This study aimed to observe the activity and the characteristic of ethanol extracts from Euphorbia kansui on gastro-intestinal smooth muscle, and to investigate the feasibility of using E. Kansui as one criterion for the medicine quality control. The contraction of the stomach and small intestine was tested in vitro. The results showed that the ethanol extract from Euphorbia kansui significantly inhibited the contraction of gastro-intestinal smooth muscle and reduced its tension. In vivo administration might greatly stimulate the excretion of liquid manure, with good reapeatability. E. kansui has some effect on gastro-intestinal smooth muscle and excretion of liquid manure, making it a candidate criterion for the medicine quality control.
