摘要
目的探讨综合性护理干预对老年抑郁症患者应对方式的影响。方法将180例老年抑郁症患者随机分为对照组和观察组，各90例．对照组接常规治疗和一般护理．观察组在此基础上实施包括健康教育、认知行为治疗、支持性心理护理、放松训练、社会支持和院外指导等在内的综合性护理干预。采用简易应对方式问卷（SCSQ）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）对患者的应对方式和抑郁水平进行评估，并进行对比性分析。结果抑郁症患者的积极应对和SDS评分明显低于中国常模．而消极应对评分明显高于中国常模，差异均有统计学意义．P〈0．01；抑郁症患者的SDS评分与消极应对评分呈显著正相关，P〈0．01，而与积极应对评分无相关性；观察组干预后的积极应对评分明显高于对照组，而消极应对评分和SDS评分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义，均P〈0．01。结论综合性护理干预有助于缓解老年抑郁症患者抑郁症状，并改善其应对方式。
Objective To discuss the effect of integrated nursing interventions on coping style in elderly depression patients. Methods 180 cases of elderly depression patients were randomly divided into the control and observational group each comprising 90 cases. The former received the routine therapy and nursing care, while the observation group received the integrated nursing interventions including health education, cognitive-behavior therapy, supportive mental nursing, relaxation training and discharge guidance in addition. SCSQ and SDS were used to assess the coping style and depression level between two groups, and the comparison were conducted. Results The scores of the positive coping and SDS were markedly lower in the observational group than Chinese norm, while the scores of the negative coping was much higher, showing significant differences between two groups, all P〈0.01; The scores of SDS in the depression patients were directly related to those of the negative coping, P〈0.01, while no correlation was noted to the positive coping. The score of the positive coping after intervention was markedly higher in the observational group than in the control group, while the scores of the negative coping and SDS were much lower, with significant differences, all P〈0.01. Conclusion Integrated nursing intervention can help to alleviate the symptoms of depression and improve the coping style in the elderly depression patients.
