摘要
教学技能是师范生就业的核心竞争力。师范生教学技能的提高受培训教师的素质影响很大。切实提高师范生的教学技能,就有必要研究培训教师的情况,提高培训教师的水平。
Teaching skills are the core competitiveity for the gradiduates of teacher colleges. The trainers＇quality has important impact on the improvement of the gradiduates＇teaching skills of teacher colleges. To improve effectively the gradiduates＇teaching skills of teacher colleges ,we need to study the qualtity of the trainers for the teaching skills training and to improve their quality.
