摘要
本文应用石蜡切片、Nissl染色,观察6只星杂“579”成年鸡乳头体内、外侧核的细胞构筑。结果如下,鸡乳头体内、外侧核神经元的密度分别为41669±2374个/mm^3和49155±4301个/mm^3。两个核神经元胞体的长径分别为13.65±5.22μm和13.83±3.21μm,短径分别为8.18±4.49μm和8.34±1.36μm;胞体面积分别为91.96±41.39μm^2和88.56±40.61μm^2,胞核面积分别为14.89±7.59μm^2和15.63±6.82μm^2;胞质胞核的比值分别为5.16和4.67。从胞体形态上看,两个核的神经元均可划分为四边形、卵圆形、圆形、三角形和梭形五种类型,其中以四边形和卵圆形细胞的出现率最高;从胞体面积上看,两个核的神经元几乎全为小型细胞。
This report describes the cytoarchitecture of Nuc. mamillaris medialis and Nuc. mamillaris Lateralis in Nissl preparation of 6 chick- ens, which includes the neurona1 density, long and Short diameters of the neuron soma, area of the neuron soma and neuronal nucleus, and classification of the neurons.
