摘要
本试验研究了七种溶剂对三种色素的浸提效果及酸碱对其色泽变化的影响。结果表明:乙醇、丙酮、乙醚对黄色效果均好,而热水则对红色有效.
The experiment was conducted to study effect of eatraction about three plant- pigrnente by the seven solventn and changes of colouration in acidic solution and alka- line soliclion.It was showed the extracting efficiency of greenpigment and yellowpig- ment were well by acetone,alcohol and ether,while redpigment was well by water.
