摘要
运用文献资料法、数理统计法、咨询法等研究方法,对"世界冠军摇篮"江苏省南通市的投掷项目现状进行调查,从该项目在训人才现状、发展对策等几个方面来研究。对近几届省运会田径比赛中南通的排名情况以及输送运动员的获奖情况、选材与培养模式、学训管理、技术特色和教练员的情况进行分析,找出其成功的原因和存在的问题,并提出了可持续发展的对策。
