摘要
脱硫系统中的主要测量对象(浆液)具有较强的腐蚀性及磨蚀性,同时又有很高的含固率(可达30%),常规测量方法和仪表无法满足要求。该文针对湿法烟气脱硫系统,介绍了常用仪表的测量原理、安装和使用的注意事项。特定工艺参数测量仪表的选择需要综合考虑被测介质、压力、温度和使用环境等因素。仪表安装和使用亦要考虑仪表特点和使用环境。
The main measured object in WFGD system （the limestone slurry） is strong corrosive, abrasive and high solid rates at the same time （up to 30% ） , so conventional measurement methods and instruments can not meet the requirements. This paper introduced the principle of common measurement instrumentation, installation and use of the attention in WFGD system. In the process of choosing of measuring instruments for specific process parameters must consider the measured object, pressure, temperature, the used environmental and other factors. In the process of iristalling and using instruments also should consider the characteristics of instruments and the using environment.
