摘要
本研究以陆地棉与异常棉杂交产生 F_1,经秋水仙碱处理形成 F_1双二倍体,分别以陆地棉与之回交产生各自的 BC_1和BC_2。F_1叶片大小为双亲的中间型,苞叶张开,F_1双二倍体的叶片和苞叶比F_1增大增厚。F_1或F_1及二倍体经陆地棉二次回交的BC_2植株的叶片和花器性状已近似于陆地棉,纤维比强度高于陆地棉。F_1及二倍体的育性明显高于F_1;F_1或F_1双二倍体经陆地棉二次回交后,育性基本接近陆地棉。还对F_1 和 F_1及二倍体及其回交后代减数分裂时染色体行为进行了观察。对胚珠离体高培养在克服F_1不育性上的应用,以及异常棉在陆地棉改良上的渐渗潜力作了讨论。
F_1 hybrid was obtained by crossing Gossypium hirsutum L.with G.anomalum Wawra Peyr.,and its amphidiploid was obtained by treating F_1 hybrid's vegetative branches with colchiciue.Both F_1 hybrid and its amphidiploid were backcrossed with G.hirsutum in order to obtain BC_1 and Bc_2,respectively.Morphological and cytological investigations were carried out on all materials.F_1 hybrid,with flare bracts and purple spotted petals,had intermediate leaf size to that of its parents.The leaves and bracts of F_1 amphidiploid were larger and thicker than that of F_1 hybrid.The leaf and flower characters of BC_2 plants derived from either F_1 hybrid or its asphdiploid resembled those of G.hirsutum.Fiber strengths of BC_2 plants derived from F_1 hybrid and F_1 amphidiploid were higher than that of hirsutum.respectively.Fertility of F_1 amphidiplold was higher than F_1 hybrid signifcantly,and fertility of BC_2 plants derived from eigher F_1 hybrid and F_1 amphidiploid resembled that of G.hirsutum.Chromosome behavior of F_1,F_1 amphidiploid and their backcross progenies at meiosis were also observed.The application of ovule-embryo culture to overcoming sterility of interspecific F_1 hybrid and introgressive potential of G.anomalum in the improvement of G.hirsutum were discussed.
