摘要
利用废弃羊毛制取角朊蛋白溶液,使用该溶液对腈纶针织毛毯进行后整理,并对整理前后毛毯的相关性能进行了测试。结果表明:整理后腈纶毛毯的抗静电性有显著的改善,保暖性、吸水性、抗起毛起球性变好,顶破强力增大,而织物的悬垂性下降、透气性变差。
The wool protein solution was obtained from abandoned wool. Under controlled condi tions, the wool protein solution was used to carry on processing acrylic knittingblanket. Through tes ting relevant properties and analyzing experimental data, the results show that the antistatic property of the acrylic knitted blanket has been improved, and it has better warmth retention property, hydro-seopicity, pilling-resistance, and bursting strength, but the draping property and permeability get worse.
