工业加热炉氧流量模糊控制系统的研究

摘要 针对加热炉氧控制系统PID调节中动态响应较慢、重复性较差、静差难以消除的特点,完成了一套氧流量模糊控制系统,并通过燃烧试验验证了这套系统对氧流量调节性能的改善,消除了稳态时的静差,改善了动态性能,可以在一定程度上实现动态特性的调整。 Because during the PID control of the oxygen control system in the heating furnace dynamic response is very slow, repeatability is low, the static difference is very hard to reduce, a set of oxygen flowrate fuzzy control system is constructed.
