摘要
目的探讨医科职业高中生与医科本科生的心理健康状况的差异。方法采用ＵＣＬＡ、自尊量表、抑郁量表、感情与社会孤独量表及自编情况调查表对３５０名在校职业高中医士班、医学院本科学生进行评定。结果职业高中学生的孤独及抑郁量表得分高于医学院学生，自尊量表得分低于医学院学生。职高组轻度和中度抑郁占４２．６２％，大学组轻度和中度抑郁占２０％。
Objective To research the difference of mental health between medical students in occupational school and medical college. Method 350 medical undergraduate students (aged 17～25 yrs) were investigated by using the University of Califonia Loneliness Scale (UCLA), the Emotional and Social Loneliness scale (ESLS), the Self Esteem Inventory(SES) and the Self Rating Depression scale (SDS) .Result The occupational school group showed higher scores on UCLA, ESLS, SDS and lower scores on SES than the medical students group. 42.62% occupational school students had slight or medium drepression, so did 20% colloge student.Conclusion The occupational school students had greater loneliness, depression and lower self-esteem than the medical college students. It indicate the importance and necessity of mental health education in the occupational school.
