摘要
目的研究预测精神发育迟滞患者犯罪行为的主要因素。方法以１７５例精神发育迟滞患者有无犯罪行为为分类变量进行判别分析。结果判别分析筛选出预测精神发育迟滞患者犯罪行为６个判别因素依次是家庭监护能力、是否自感受歧视、性格分型、是否伴有癫痫、是否伴有精神病、有无违法史，并建立判别方程，组内回代检验其总正确率为８６．３％。
Objctive To study the main factors predicting the behavior of the offenders with mental retardation. Methods The multivariate stepwise discriminatinganalysis was used with 175 cases with mental retardation. Results the results shows that 6 variables could predict the behavior of offenders, including the abilities of family guardianship, the feelings of being or not discriminated, the type of personalities, being or not comorbidited with epilepsy, and with psychosis, having been or not the history of crime. All of the cases, 86.3% were predicted correctly. Conclusions It is suggested that these results could provide a scientific basis for predicting the behavior of offenders with mental retardation.
