摘要 利用图像设计和处理软件PHOTOSHOP的部分功能,对微循环图橡进行必要的数字化处理,可以提高微循环观测指标分辨率,从而提高对临床疾病的诊断率。处理万法是:用扫描仪、视频摄像机等工具将源图像转换成数字图像输入计算机,再通过对整体或局部图像的亮度、对比率、灰阶曲线、灰阶分布图和色调等条件的调整,使图像中疾病的微循环指标加以突出。调整图像的中间灰度的对比度是处理微循环图像比较有效的方法。根据以上方法分别对皮肤、眼球结膜及甲壁微循环图像进行了处理。图像中的某些重要指标如微血管、管拌周围等经以上方法处理后,各项指标均较清晰,分辨率和确切性有了明显提高,有利于临床诊断。 With the function of the image design and processing software Photoshop(TM)to process the microcirculatory image for digital processing that can increase theresolving power of Microcirculatory index and increasing the clinical diagnosticrate on the some diseases. Processing method: Digital triase was inputted in tocomputer that was converted from some image used the tools, such as scannerand video Camera. After the adjustment of whole or local image on btightnere,contrast, curves and color tone, the image of microcirculatory index of diseasewas more clearly. It is a effective method for proceeding the microcirculatory image' on adjusting the contrast of middle range of gray tone. According to themethod above, the image of the skin, bulbar conjunctiva and nailfold microcirculation were processed, after process, the clinical index of the microvessels andround of the loops are to become in clear and increased the distinguish rate andprecise degree. This method benefits the clinical diagnosis.
