慢性根尖周炎Vitapex根管封药的临床观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的观察对比Vitapex糊剂和樟脑酚的根管封药效果。方法110颗慢性根尖周炎的患牙经过根管预备后分为实验组(Vitapex糊剂封药组)和对照组(樟脑酚封药组),对封药后患牙疗效及对根管治疗期间急症疼痛的发生率进行比较。结果实验组有效率96.36%,对照组有效率89.09%,两组疗效差异有显著性(P<0.05);实验组和对照组急症疼痛发生率分别为3.77%和16.36%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论Vitapex糊剂根管内封药能有效控制感染和预防根管治疗期间疼痛的发生。
