摘要
庄子曰:"人皆知有用之用,而莫知无用之用也."本文主要讨论中国的古典哲学中有些什么精华可为现代室内外设计师所用,现今在国内外的设计师对中国传统哲学的运用和借鉴状况以及他们之间的差异.希望能够通过"知无用之用"为帮助我们找到属于自己的设计理念找到更多的可能性.因此对像这样一个问题的思考和探索具有其很特殊的意义和价值.
Chuang Tzu said, ＂All people know the usefulness of the useful, but they don＇ t know the usefulness of the useless＂. This paper mainly discussed the essence in the Chinese classical philosophy, which can be adopted by the modem interior or exterior architect. Also the situation and differences of application and quotation of Chinese traditional philosophy between the architects home and abroad were illustrated. With the help of the ＂usefulness of the useless＂ people can find their concept of design and more possibilities. So it was very meaningful and worthy to think and explore this topic.
