摘要
用PCR技术检测213份血清中HBV－DNA，ELISA法检测其血清五项标志（HBVM）。结果表明，在不同类型的HBV感染标志物中其血清PCR结果有所不同。10例健康正常人血清无1例检出HBV－DNA，203例免疫标志各异的血清共检出54例存在HBV－DNA。
HBV-DNA in 213 serum was detected with polymerase, chain Reaction(PCR), Hepatitis B Virus Marks in 213 serum were detected with ELISA. The results showed that serum results detected with polymer-ase chain reaction (PCR) were different. HBV-DNA in ten health men serum was not detected, 54 out of 203 serum with different inmunological marks were HBV-DNA positive.
