摘要
本文阐述了结核病控制项目县归口管理的主要障碍；分析了“项目”落后县的障碍原因；提出了强化法制管理力度和行政干预力度、归口管理后的利益分配、以及强化结防中心自身建设、进一步做好“项目”病人的药费减免工作等措施，揭示了新形势下结核病控制项目工作仍存在着艰巨性和复杂性。
This article has evaluated the main obstacles of file-administration in TB control project(county). The origins of obstacles for less developed county art anaiyzed. In this article the author raises inproving measures such as: strengthning legal supervision and administration intervention, Sharing profit of post-file administration, reinforcing self- construction of TB control Center, tieing remitted of medicine expenses of patient in project. This exploration showed under new circumstance the complicated. TB control project still need tremendous efforts.
