摘要
针对传统答疑系统中文字消息通信实时性不强、语音流量过于集中,以及邮件空间答疑等问题,提出了由Web服务端、答疑客户端和监控服务端组成的基于组件的混合模式答疑设计模型。嵌入WebBrowser组件和UDP组件设计的客户端除了常规的Web访问和解析功能外,通过与监控服务端的连接实现了多个用户的实时文字消息答疑和分学科分组的语音答疑。提出了邮件空间答疑的设计方法。分析了3端结构中基于对称加密算法的UDP消息传递的通信过程。运行结果表明,该模型设计是可行的。
In order to solve the problems in real - time text communication, over - centralized voice traffic and problems in e - mail space Q&A in the traditional answering system, a mixed - mode Q&A design model was established in this paper. The component -based model was constituted by web server, Q&A client and monitor server. The client end embedded with WebBrowser component and UDP component realized real -time multi -user text message Q&A and subject categories and group voice Q&A besides normal web access and analytic functions. And the Email space Q&A design method was also presented in this paper. The communication process of UDP message deliver based on symmetric encryption algorithm was analyzed in three - terminal structure. Experimental results verified the feasibility of this design and the anticipated goal was attained. The design plays a helpful role of teaching - assistant.
