摘要
为了解缠绕机往返小车主轴在电机扭矩作用下的变形情况,利用PRO/E建立了主轴三维实体模型,采用ANSYS与HyperMesh相结合的方法建立了主轴有限元分析模型。分析结果表明,主轴模型和计算方法合理,计算结果比较可靠,该方法与计算结果为工程应用提供了理论依据。
In order to understand the deformation of the winding machine spindle under the motor torque,a three-dimensional solid model of the axis was set up with PRO/E,and a finite element analysis model of the spindle was established by ANSYS combined with HyperMesh.The results showed that the spindle model and calculation method are reasonable and the calculated result is much more reliable.The method and its results provided a theoretical basis for the project.
