摘要
目的为了探讨B超引导下经CVP管引流局限性腹腔积液的可能性。方法回顾性分析华中科技大学同济医学院附属孝感医院2000年7月～2008年7月15例腹腔积液病例,均采用B超引导下经CVP管引流。结果 15例中14例成功治愈,1例中转手术治愈。结论 B超引导下经CVP管引流局限性腹腔积液是治疗腹腔积液的一种微创方法。
Objective To explore the possibility of drainage of local fluid accumulation in abdomen through CVP catheter guided by B Ultrasound. Methods 15 cases of local fluid accumulation in abdomen drained by CVP tube guided by B ultrasound were retrospectively analyzed in Hua zhong Technology and Science University Tong ji Medical College Affiliated Xiao Gan Hospital from July 2000 to July 2008. Results Among them, 14 cases were cured and 1 of them was transferred into operation. Conclusion Drainage of local fluid accumulation in abdomen through CVP guided by B Ultrasound is one of minimally invasive surgical interventions.
