摘要
嗜酸细胞增多性非变应性鼻炎（ENR）作为一种独立的疾病，极易与变应性鼻炎（AR）相混淆。本文调查了137例具有典型鼻塞、鼻痒、喷嚏、流清涕等临床症状被初诊为常年性变应性鼻炎的患者，发现其中有57例血清总IgE含量不高，变应原皮试阴性反应，而鼻腔分泌物涂片嗜酸细胞计数高于正常的患者，符合ENR诊断标准，本文对ENR的诊断、鉴别诊断及治疗等方面进行了探讨。
Eosinophilic nonallergic rhinitis (ENR) is special rhinitis. It is difficult that indentified with allergic rhinitis, because they have similar symptoms and sign, such as sneezing, itching, watery, rhnorhorea.While ENR is characterized by higher eosinophil count on nasal smears with negative skin test. We investigated in 137 cases with perennial rhinitis that found there was 57 patient with increase of eosinophil but serum total IgE was not increase. In addition the diagnosis and treatment of ENR were discussed in this piper.
