摘要
塔里木轮古西油田属于超深碳酸盐岩超稠油藏,主要采取掺稀开采方式。油田面临含水量上升快、产量递减大、开发效益低等困难。为扭转这一局面,在科学分析成本构成因素的基础上,通过管理制度创新,加强精细管理,运用成熟科技成果,取得了显著的降本增效效果,走出了一条依靠制度、管理和科技的低成本发展之路。
Tarim Lunguxi Oilfield belongs to the ultra-deep carbonatite and super-heavy oil reservoir and its oil recovery adopts mainly the approach of blending thin oil. In order to overcome difficulties the oilfield facing, such as rapid increase of water content in oil, oil production decline and low development efficiency, the scientific analysis on cost factors is conducted. By means of management system innovation, elaborate management and application of mature technical achievements, the significant cost-saving and profit-increasing effect is obtained. A low cost developing way relying on system, management and science and technology is opened up.
