摘要
目的研究被动吸烟对豚鼠咽鼓管表面活性物质的影响,为提高航卫保障工作,加强戒烟宣传提供理论依据。方法采用40只豚鼠分为被动吸烟组(n=20)和对照组(n=20)两组。将被动吸烟组豚鼠放入“被动吸烟箱”内,点燃香烟的烟雾由通风口输入,1支/次,3次/天,共10天。对照组方法相同,只是不输入香烟烟雾。实验第11天断头取样,离心低温保存。4只耳灌洗液为一份标本,用北京首都儿科研究所研制的可控闭泡式表面张力测定仪测试咽鼓管灌洗液的表面张力。结果被动吸烟组最小表面张力为29.44mN/m,较对照组(23.74mN/m)明显升高。结论被动吸烟对咽鼓管灌洗液表面活性物质降低表面张力的能力有一定影响。
Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of passive cigarette smoking on eustachian tube surfactant. Methods Forty guinea pigs were randomly divided into experimental and control groups (20 for each group). The experimentals were put into a selfmade passive smoking box, 3 times a day, for 10 days, and a standard dose of cigarette smoke was delivered into it. The controls were also put into the box 3 times a day, but no smoke was delivered, on the 11th day, the animals were decapitated and the eustachian tube lavage fluid were collected for detection of surface tension using captive bubble surface tensionmeter. Results The minimum surface tension of lavage fluid from experimentals (mean value 29.44) was significantly higher than that of controls 23.74. Conclusion Passive smoking can exert some effect on the surface tension reducing power of eustachian tube surfactant.
