摘要
本文通过理论分折和应用实践,详细论述并介绍了单纱强力机选速调速自动化的研究成果。根据数理统计学原理,设计采用的均值跟踪修正法,可使仪器通过最少量的采样与调整次数,自动优选出理想的拉伸速度,控制更多的断纱时间落在标准规定范围内,并使之成为国产单纱强力机在智能软件方面优于国外同类仪器的最显著特征。
A detailed expoundation is made here on the automation of speed option andreglation of single yarn tester in the light of a theoretical analysis and produc-tion practice,When adopting the mean inductive correction method worked outaccording to the principles of mathematical statistics, the tester could automati-cally optimize an ideal tensil specd through min, sampics and regulations andrange most of the yarn breaks within a standard fixed time.This is the mosteutstanding characteristics of the intellegient control of domestic single yarntester supericr to that of cverseas similarity .
