摘要
目的:探讨小切口椎板间开窗腰椎间盘髓核摘除术的手术配合。方法:90例腰椎盘突出患者进行充分的术前准备,术中密切配合及护理。结果:90例患者均安全顺利完成手术,术后病人腰背疼痛明显减轻或消失。结论:术前准备充分,术中良好配合及护理是手术成功的保证。
Objective： To discuss operative cooperation on lumbar disc herniation at small incision between lamina discectomy. Methods： 90 lumbar disc herination cases were all well preparedpre - operatively and performed intensive cooperation, monitoring and surgical care during the operation. Results： Total 90 cases were safely experienced the procedure and had significantly low back pain relief oreven disappear post - operatively. Conclusion ： Well pre - operative preparation and intensive surgicalcooperation are the essential to insure the success of the surgery.
