摘要
为了解决装配过程反映强烈的洗衣机底座装防鼠板处通用性差,应用PDCA循环方法,找出导致洗衣机底座装防鼠板处给装配工艺带来复杂性的重要原因,是由于生产过程中不同底座的在该处的结构不同,不同机型有不同的要求,致使底座与防鼠板装配过程中的互换性差,为此,设计统一底座局部结构,提高底座的通用性,应对不同机型的要求,提高了产品的装配效率,体现了"系列化、标准化和通用化"的设计思想。
In order to solve the inferior generality of fitting rat guard at the base of washing machine dunng the assembly process. With the he(p of PDCA cycle methed, to find out that the washing machine base fitting with rat guard is the important point to cause complexity of assembly process. Owing to the different base with different structure, and the different washing machine model with different requirements, thus leads the inferior interchangeability. For this reason, to design the same structures parts of base, to improve the generality of the base, and to meet the different models' demands to enhance the product assembly efficiency. All these reflected the design idea of " serial, standardization, generality" .
