摘要
采用有限单元法,在ANSYS中对某型号气动钉枪枪针组件进行了建模,根据试验所获得的打钉力,对枪针组件进行了非线性接触分析,获得了枪针组件的整体应力分布,并讨论了枪针组件的破坏原因,为枪针组件改型设计提供了理论依据。
By means of FEM,a three-dimensional model was set up for the air nailer's needle assembly. According to the strike force obtained by experiment when air nailer is working. Non-linear contact analysis for the air nailer's needle assembly was done to obtain the whole stress distribution of needle assembly as well as discuss the destroyed causes of needle assembly, thas provide the theory basis for reform design of needle assembly.
