摘要
车身覆盖件冲压工艺方案的确定具有很强的经验性和复杂性,本文在车身覆盖件冲压工艺设计中引入基于事例推理技术,采用面向对象的方法表示车身覆盖件的冲压工艺事例,基于Ms Access2000建立覆盖件的事例库,应用模糊综合评判和最近相邻检索策略进行事例的检索,最后建立了车身覆盖件的计算机辅助工艺设计系统,实例表明,系统能够有效检索出相似工艺事例,有助于减少甚至避免工程技术人员的重复劳动,缩短新车型的开发周期。
To determine the stamping process scheme of auto-body panels with a strong empirical and complexity, the case-based reasoning technology was introduced to design the auto-body panels stamping process in this paper. Stamping process cases of auto-body panels had been represented with extended object model and the cases base was designed and established in MS Access 2000. Case retrieve can be available with the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and nearest neighbor retrieve strategy. Finally, the intelligent process designing system of auto-body panels was developed, the system can effectively retrieve the similar case, help to reduce and even avoid duplication of engineering and technical personnel and shortening the development cycle of new models.
