摘要
目的:研制一套适合在作战部队列装和应急无需电源的X线胶片洗片装备,在野战条件下,解决半自动X线片洗片机或计算机放射成像机突发故障,或突然停电时应急出片问题。方法:采用红、黑和军绿3层帆布叠层制作遮阳帐篷衣,使用与野战帐篷展开类似的支撑方法与地面形成空间,构成X线片洗片环境的暗室(帐篷);将野战漂浮箱进行改装,箱内放置显影、定影和清洗槽等,组成应急洗片装置。结果:通过放置在暗室内的洗片箱,采用手工操作能洗出符合标准规格的四肢片、胸片等。结论:研制的暗室能防雨、防风和遮光,系统装载、展开方便,操作简单,既可作为野战应急洗片装置,又可作为未配发半自动洗片机的野战营团卫生单位训练用。
Objective ： In the conditions of war, emergency problems may occur with the development of films in case of power failure or breakdown of the semiautomatic X-ray processor or computed radiography. To solve these problems, we designed a set of film-developing equipment for developing films that well suits war conditions and needs no power supply. Methods ： For the purpose of developing X-ray films in war conditions, we constructed a darkroom-a tent with 3 layers of red, black and dark green canvas. Alterations were made to a field floating box to hold the photographic developer, fixer, rinsing chamber and other devices necessary for the film - developing process. Results： Qualified X - ray pictures of the chest, extremities and other parts of the body were developed manually with the developing - box in the tent darkroom. Conclusion： The X-ray film-developing equipment, with the darkroom waterproof and lightproof and the system convenient to be loaded and operated, can be used either for field emergency in war conditions or for military training in the medical units of battalions or regiments that are not equipped with semiautomatic processors.
