摘要
乘务员运用计划是运输组织基本计划之一。其优化问题是大规模组合优化问题，被证明是ＮＰ完全问题。本文利用ＳｉｍｕｌａｔｅｄＥｖｏｌｕｔｉｏｎ方法（ＳＥ法）和模糊数学手段对乘务员运用计划的优化编制进行研究，并进行实例测算，得到较好效果。
Crew Scheduling is one of the most primitive plan of transportation organization. Manually making Crew Scheduling often takes much time of experienced worker, and can't obtain the optimization result. The optimization of crew scheduling is a large scale combination problem, which is proved to be the NP problem. This paper studies the optimization of crew scheduling with the Simulated Evolution (SE) method and Fuzzy Set, and gets a good result in the practical experiment.
