癫痫大鼠海马内COX-2表达的时间过程

摘要 目的:观察癫痫大鼠海马内环氧化酶-2(COX-2)表达的时间过程。方法:采用匹罗卡品(pilocarpine,30 mg.kg-1)诱导大鼠癫痫发作后,分别于不同时间点取脑和海马组织,通过Western blot分析、免疫组织化学方法检测COX-2的表达。结果:pilocarpine诱导大鼠癫痫发作后,海马内COX-2表达6 h开始明显增加,24 h达到最高水平,2 d开始有所下降,4 d时恢复到正常水平。结论:癫痫大鼠海马内COX-2表达有一定时间过程,在癫痫发作24 h达到高峰。
