简要介绍了啤酒发酵的工艺过程及其控制思想,基于研华的4000模块设计了分布式控制系统;并基于研华的Advantech WebAccess组态软件开发了上位机监控界面,实现了系统管控一体化。
The process and control theory of Beer Fermentation are introduced. , and design a Distributed control system based on 4000 module, including temperature and pressure signal acquisition and temperature regulation; and also develop a control system based on Advantech WebAccess, then make the entire system simplify and integration in control and management.
