摘要
针对当前国内主要在线监测设备厂家采用的数据格式、通信协议不统一的问题,开发了特高压输电线路在线监测管理平台。该平台集成了覆冰监测、气象和导线风偏监测、杆塔倾斜监测、导线微风振动监测、导线舞动监测和绝缘子污秽监测等在线监测技术,实现了数据集中采集、处理和综合应用分析。采用浏览器/服务器的3层体系结构,实现了在线监测数据统一接收、展示、状态预测、预警和统计分析,并应用在1 000 kV晋东南—南阳—荆门特高压交流试验示范线路上。
According to the the inconsistence of data structure and communication protocol between equipment produced by main domestic manufactures, on-line monitoring management platform is developed. It can be used to integrate on line monitoring systems, such as icing monitoring, meteorological and windage yaw monitoring, tower inclination monitoring, conductor aeolian vibration monitoring, conductor galloping monitoring and insulator contamination monitoring, centralize the acquisition and processing of data and do the comprehensive analysis and application. The on-line monitoring management platform for UHV AC transmission line uses B/S three layers framework to realize such functions as on-line monitoring data centralized acquisition, full display, state prediction, early warning, and statistical analysis, and has be applied on the UHV AC transmission line.
