摘要
文中深入分析了备用电源自动投入(简称备自投)的特点——由多个步骤环节组成且每个步骤环节有不同的条件状态,因为备自投实质是一种基于时序控制的过程,不同的运行方式条件差异很大。提出一种基于有限状态机(FSM)和组态的备自投实现方案,能够解决时序控制过程和条件差异,通用性强。该方案由若干个输入部件和输出部件、1个有限状态机和组态文件组成,通过"搭积木"方式实现完全任意组态的备自投,以及各种复杂情况的备自投,能够方便工程维护,提高开发效率。
An in-depth analysis is made of the characteristics of backup power auto switch-on, that is, it is composed of multiple steps each with its own status condition. This is because the backup auto-switch-on is in essence a sequence control process, various operation modes being greatly different from one another. A generic backup auto switch-on scheme based on the finite state machine (FSM) and configuration is put forward, which can manage the sequence control process and condition difference. The scheme is composed of a number of input units and output units, a FSM and configuration, which can realize entirely arbitrary power auto-switch-on configuration by building I/O blocks and solve various complicated reversed autoswitch-on operation modes, while facilitating engineering maintenance and improving development efficieney.
