摘要
目的探讨肝储备功能分析仪(DDG)在原发性肝癌半肝切除手术中的应用及护理方法。方法回顾性分析我科使用DDG分析仪对32例肝细胞癌患者在手术中进行吲哚氰绿排泄试验情况。结果在32例患者中,顺利完成检测30例(93.7%),失败2例(6.3%)。所有患者未出现相关的不良反应。试验前应了解碘过敏情况和做好基础护理,试验时要注意与术者的配合,并主要鼻夹探头的安放。结论DDG分析仪具有无创、方便的特点,在手术中进行ICG试验较为安全,但护理配合工作很是重要。
Objective To investigate the application and nursing of indocyanine green tests in patients with HCC during semi-hepatectomy.Methods Thirty-two patients with HCC had their indocyanine green excretion test conducted by DDG analyzer.Results 30 patients(93.7%)were successfully tested 2 patients(6.3%)failed.No related adverse reactions appeared.Conclusion It is safe for patients to carry out ICG test by DDG analyzer during operation,but appropriate care is very improtent.
