摘要
当前一些棉纺企业面临的困难,其原因主要是企业本身技术进步与改革开放的国际竞争环境不适应。纺织工业的国际竞争在于发展产品,降低成本,向资本和技术密集型工业转化。到2000年,我国棉纺工艺技术发展应着重技术进步,加强纺织工艺和产品的研究开发,并加强纺织机械工业和人才的培养。

Here the Paper Points out that by the year 2000, the develop-ment of demestic cotton spinning technology should be focused on the improve-ment and development of the technologies, Products and textile machinery as wellas the training of technical Personnels.
