摘要 采用吐温-80和司盘-80修饰亲脂性磁性Fe3O4纳米颗粒,使亲水基团OH-暴露在外层,再通过N-[(3-三甲氧基甲硅烷基)丙基]乙二胺三乙酸三钠,使纳米颗粒的外表面带COO-基团,该基团经EDC活化后可使纳米颗粒与牛血清白蛋白交联,并经红外光谱检测予以证实。 Lipophilic magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles were surface modified with Tween-80 and Span-80 so that the hydrophilic group OH- could expose to the outer layer. Then group COO connected to the nanoparticles by N- [(3- trimethoxysilyl) propyl] ethylenediamine triacetic acid trisodium salt was activated with EDC to crosslink of bovine serum albumin (BSA). The Fourier transformed infrared spectrum confirmed that magnetic Fe304 nanoparticles were conjugated with BSA.
