超声联合血清前列腺特异抗原诊断前列腺癌的临床价值
摘要
前列腺癌的早期诊断和筛榆主要依靠前列腺特异抗原（PSA）的柃测和超声检查，而最后确诊则依赖于活检组织病理结果。本文回顾性分析了经病理诊断的前列腺癌、前列腺增生患者及健康男性体检者血清PSA、超声声像图及前列腺特异抗原密度（PSAD）的变化，并应用工作特征曲线（ROC曲线）评价超声联合PSA对前列腺癌的诊断价值。
