摘要
通过室内饲养观察和田间系统调查,研究了海南岛美洲斑潜蝇的生物学特性,并采用干扰作用控制指数(IPC)评价了几种杀虫剂对美洲斑潜蝇种群的控制作用.结果表明:1)该虫在海南年发生19~20代,卵历期2~4d,幼虫历期3~7d,蛹历期7d,成虫寿命在15d左右;2)1.8%集琦虫螨克和1%农哈哈对美洲斑潜蝇种群控制效果较好,其干扰作用控制指数分别为0.116和0.111;而98%的巴丹对美洲斑潜蝇种群控制效果较差,IPC值为0.246;40%的氧化乐果的控制效果最差,IPC值为0.
In this paper,by means of the observation in the laboratory and the systematic investigation in the field,the biological characteristics of the vegetable leafminer (Liriomyza sativae) in Hainan Island were studied;the life tables of the interference indexes of population control (IIPC) were used to evaluate the control effects of the several kinds of insecticides on the vegetable leafminer.The results showed that a total of 19-20 generations occurred in Hainan Island a year.The developmental period of the eggs,larvae and pupae were 2-4 days,3-7 days and 7 days,respectively.The longevity of adults was 15 days. It also showed that Jiqi Chongmanke and Jiengangmygin were more effective to controlling the leafminer population than the others;and their IIPC values were 0.116 and 0.111,respectively.The Cartap(98%),whose IIPC value was 0.246,was effective to controlling the leafminer population;the Omethoate(40%),whose IIPC value was 0.301,was the lest effective to controlling the leafminer population.
