摘要
以芳樟醇为原料,经卤代、重排、硫代、水解等步骤合成了硫代香叶醇.探讨了氢溴酸浓度和氢氧化钠溶液浓度及反应时间对合成的影响.确定了最佳合成条件:卤代时氢溴酸浓度为37%,反应18~19h;水解时,氢氧化钠溶液浓度为19%.总收率达801%,纯度95%,折光率n20D=1.4965.
Linalool Via halogenation, rearrangement, vulcanization and hydrolysis then thiogeraniol is obtained. The effects of the concentration of hydrobromic acid, sodium hydrate solution and stirring time of the synthesis are discussed. The optimum synthetic conditions are determined as follows:the concentration of hydrobromic acid is 37% and the stirring time is 18~19 h in halogenation;the concentration of sodium hydrate solution is 19% in hydrolysis. The total yield of thiogeraniol is 80.1% and the purity is 95%, n 20 D=1.496 5.Thiogeraniol possesses aroma flavor of strawberry and macfayden.
