摘要
电大分校如何科学发展,本文在回顾和总结电大创业以来所经历的三个发展阶段时,以湘潭电大作为个案,介绍该校在创业和发展过程中是如何处理好发展与机遇、发展与规模、发展与质量、发展与管理、发展与效益等五种关系,如何解决好思路、动力、保障、核心和出路等五个问题,使得该校在科学发展的道路上迈出了可喜的步伐。
How to develop for TV universities？ This article has been reviewed and summed the major three steps of the development of TV university since the foundation. As the case of Xiangtan TV university, We introduce them how to handle the development and the opportunity, development and scale, development and quality, development and management, development and effectiveness of five kinds of relations. Then, how to solve the problems during the development such as thinking, motivation, guarantee, core and solution of the development which make great achievement on their development .
