摘要
着眼新的形势任务需要,进一步推进军队政治工作科学发展,必须牢牢把握新世纪新阶段思想政治建设"三个确保"的时代课题,坚持以中国特色社会主义理论体系为指导,按照"三个紧贴"要求改进创新思想政治工作,建立并完善符合科学发展观要求的政治工作制度机制,大力加强政治机关和政治干部队伍建设。
To further promote the scientific development of PLA's political work to meet the new demands and tasks,we should firmly grasp the 'three guarantees',which is the topics of the times,in the ideological and political construction in the new century,always use the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics as a constant guidance,improve innovatively the political and ideological work according to 'three close contacts',and establish and improve a mechanism of political work that meets the demand of scientific development concept,and strengthen the construction of political organs and political cadre corp.
