摘要
在不同的电流密度、电解质浓度和处理时间条件下对粘胶基碳纤维进行电化学氧化,然后用X-射线光电子能谱分析了氧化后碳纤维的表面基因,讨论了表面基团随着这些电化学条件的变化规律.
The molecular structure of rayon-based carbon fibre surface after electrochemicaloxidation with nitric acid was analyed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Theinfluence of factors, current density, electrolyte concentration and oxidation time onsurface structure were investigated. The results indicated that the amount of hydroxylincreased with the increase of current density and oxidation time, and decreased with theincrease of electrolyte concentration. The amount of carboxyl increased with the increase of current density and electrolyte concentrationand decreased with the increase ofoxidation time. The carbonyl increased with the increase of concentration and time anddecreased with the increase of current density. The total oxygen-containing groups increased with the increase of current densety and oxidation time and decreased with theincrease of nitric acid concentration.
