摘要
分析了天津市植物新品种保护工作的现状及存在的问题,提出加大宣传培训力度、制定激励政策、建立健全管理体系、协调品种审定和品种权保护间的关系、加强执法保护力度等相应对策。
The current status and problems of new plant variety protection in Tianjin were analyzed.The countermeasures were pointed out including strengthening the propaganda and training,making the incentive policy,establishing and perfecting the management system,coordinating the relationship between variety examination and approval and variety right protection and strengthening the law-enforcing protection and so on.
