摘要
选用甘蓝型油菜核心亲本10个,采用4×6不完全双列杂交,对24个杂交组合的8个主要农艺性状进行了配合力和遗传力估算与分析,旨为探明亲本材料的应用潜力。结果表明:(1)在一般配合力上,6个父本的优劣顺序为PX-11(PX-21(PX-32(PX-8(PX-9(PX-22-6,4个母本的优劣顺序为PX-5(PX-18(PX-12(PX-3。(2)单株产量特殊配合力最好的组合是PX-3×PX-9。24个组合中,产量排在前3位的组合是PX-5×PX-11、PX-18×PX-11和PX-5×PX-3。(3)性状遗传力中以单株产量的广义遗传力最高,角果粒数最低。试验结果结合田间表现表明:PX-5和PX-11这2份材料的综合性状较好,可利用其它优良材料与其杂交创造农艺性状优的材料。(4)亲本各性状一般配合力与特殊配合力之间没有明显的对应关系,表明在杂交组合选配时,只有在选择一般配合力高的亲本基础上,通过广泛测交,才能获得特殊配合力高的强优势组合。
Through incomplete diallel cross(4×6),the combining ability and heritability of eight agronomic characters of 10 parents in Brassica napus L were analyzed to definite the application potential of these parent materials.The results showed that the general combining ability sequence of male parents was PX-11﹥PX-21﹥PX-32﹥PX-8﹥PX-9 ﹥PX-22-6,and that of female parents was PX-5﹥PX-18﹥PX-12﹥PX-3.The special combining ability of PX-3×PX-9 in yield per plant was the best.The yield of PX-5×PX-11,PX-18×PX-11 and PX-5×PX-3 ranked the first threeplaces. The broad heritability of yield per plant was the highest, and that of seed number per pod was the lowest. The comprehensive characters of PX-5 and PX-11 were better, which could be used as hybrid materials to create superior agronomic traits. There was no significant corresponding relation between the general combining ability and special combining ability, which suggested that the strong superiority crosses with high special combining ability could be obtained by seletcing the parents with high general combining ability and extensive testcrossing.
