提高脉冲库仑法钽丝中氧检测精度的研究 被引量:3

Improvement in the Oxygen Measurement Precision by Pulsed Coulometry from Tantalum Wires

摘要 采用不同方法熔融金属钽丝,并以脉冲库仑定氧仪检测其中的氧含量。结果表明,镍浴对钽丝的助熔效果良好,可有效降低氧的分析空白值,从而使钽丝中氧的检测下限降至0.006%,测定结果RSD低于4.0%。经镍浴助熔,脉冲库仑法准确可靠,精度能满足生产中钽丝的氧分析要求。 Tantalum wires were heated and melted with different methods, and their oxygen contents were measured by pulsed oxygen coulometric determinator. The results show that nickel bath has good fluxing effect on tantalum wires and can effectively reduce the blank value during oxygen measurement,resultingin a lower detection limit of 0.006 %. The RSD of measured values is less than 4.0 %. With nickel bath as the fluxing agent,coulometric determination is credible and accurate enough foroxygen analysisin Ta wire production.
