环氧化酶2、细胞周期调节蛋白依耐性激酶CDK2在胃癌中的表达 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨环氧化酶2(COX-2)、细胞周期调节蛋白依耐性激酶(CDK2)在胃癌中表达及与胃癌侵袭转移的相关性。方法采用SP免疫组化技术检测90例胃癌组织、20例正常胃黏膜COX-2、CDK2指标。结果胃癌组织中COX-2、CDK2的表达明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05),高表达与胃癌淋巴结转移、浸润深度、TNM分期显著相关(P<O.05),COX-2与CDK2呈显著正相关性。结论COX-2、CDK2与胃癌的发生、侵袭、转移有关。在诊断和治疗胃癌中COX-2和CDK2可能是两个有重要作用的指标。 Objective To investigate the expression level of cyclooxygenase 2 ( COX - 2 ), cyclin - dependent kinase2 ( CDK2 ) in gastric carcinoma and the relationship between their expression. Methods The expression of COX - 2 and CDK2 were studied with gastric carcinoma and 20 samples of normal stomach tissue by using streptavidin - peroxidase immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of COX -2 and CDK2 in gastric carcinoma was significantly higher than that of the control group. Overexpression of COX - 2 in gastric carcinoma was related to lymph node metastasis, deep invasion and TNM stage. But it did not correlate with the diferenfiation degree ( P 〉 0.05 ). The expression of COX - 2 was significantly and positively related to expression of CDK2. Conclusions The overexpression of COX - 2 and CDK2 is related to the invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma and they may contribute to angiogenesis. COX - 2 and CDK2 may be two valuable markers for the diagnosis and therapy of gastric carcinoma.
