摘要 对IPTV应用中的国际视频编码标准H.264、MPEG-4、AVS进行了分析,并对它们的主要技术性能进行了比较,最后就它们在IPTV中的应用发展进行了合理的分析。 This article analyses the International Video Coding Standard （H. 263, MPEG-4, AVS） in the application of IPTV, And it compares the major technical function. Last this article gives a logical analysis about the application development in IPTV.
